Services

What we do for your plant

Five services for production plants in packaging, food & beverage and general manufacturing — one goal: fewer unplanned stops, longer machine life, and a maintenance operation your team can actually sustain.

01

Preventive Maintenance Programs & Maintenance Planning

Structured PM programs and practical maintenance plans built around your machines, your production schedule and your team — designed to cut unplanned downtime before it happens, not after.

02

Mechanical Service, Repair & Troubleshooting

Hands-on mechanical service and systematic fault-finding when a line is down or underperforming. Hands-on work is always on site at your plant; for a first diagnosis, troubleshooting support is available by phone, where he helps your team work through the problem — there is no remote access to your machines.

03

Installation & Commissioning Support

Experienced support for machine installation, setup and commissioning — so new or relocated equipment reaches stable production on schedule, with the details documented.

04

Operator & Maintenance Training

Practical, machine-side training for operators and maintenance technicians: correct operation, routine care, early fault recognition — the knowledge that prevents tomorrow’s breakdown.

05

Technical Support & Customer Service

A knowledgeable first call for machinery and maintenance questions across your plant — with a specialty in packaging lines and FFS (form-fill-seal) bagging equipment, including direct communication with European OEMs. As an independent consultant he does not sell or supply parts: he identifies and specifies the parts that should be ordered, and is glad to support you through the ordering process.

Why Industrial Services and Consulting

OEM knowledge, without the OEM distance

Many U.S. plants — in packaging, food & beverage and manufacturing — run European machinery. When something fails, the expertise and the documentation are often an ocean away. That gap is exactly what this company closes.

A

Trained where the machines are built

Six years inside the Windmöller & Hölscher group — most recently at AVENTUS, its FFS joint venture, where he worked until 2022 — mean your equipment is serviced by someone who knows how it was engineered, not just how it behaves when it breaks.

B

A direct line to Europe

Technical documentation and service communication with German and European manufacturers — handled directly, in both English and German, without anything getting lost in translation. When a part is needed, he specifies exactly what to order and helps you order it — independent advice, with no parts sales of his own.

C

One accountable expert

No call center, no rotating technicians. You work with the founder on every engagement — the same person plans the maintenance, turns the wrench and trains your team.

About

From a German OEM workshop to Charleston, South Carolina

Sven Schoenecker founded Industrial Services and Consulting LLC in 2023 to bring genuine European OEM experience to production plants across the United States.

His foundation is the German Staatlich geprüfter Techniker — the state-certified technician qualification (Fachrichtung Maschinenbau) — completed in 2016 at the TÜV NORD College in Bergkamen, Germany. It is a qualification built on years of hands-on machine work before and during the program, and it shows in a methodical, documentation-driven way of working.

He joined Windmöller & Hölscher (W&H) in Germany in 2016 — one of the world’s leading manufacturers of packaging machinery, founded in 1869. In 2018 his division, FFS bagging technology, became part of AVENTUS, the joint venture of W&H and HAVER & BOECKER, and his contract transferred with it: AVENTUS was his most recent employer, where he continued in the same role until October 2022, specializing in form-fill-seal bagging equipment.

Today, from Charleston, South Carolina, he supports production plants nationwide — in packaging, food & beverage and general manufacturing — project-based when you need a specialist for a defined job, or as an ongoing maintenance partner who learns your lines and keeps them that way.

Working Together

Two ways to engage — both start with a call

No retainer required to start the conversation. Tell us what the machine is doing — or not doing — and you’ll get a straight assessment of what it takes to fix it.

Option 1

Project-Based Support

A defined job with a clear scope: a breakdown, an installation, an overhaul, a training block.

  • Troubleshooting & repair assignments
  • Installation & commissioning projects
  • Maintenance audits & PM program setup
  • On-site across the U.S.; first help by phone
Option 2

Ongoing Maintenance Partner

A continuing relationship for plants that want their production lines looked after properly, all year.

  • Scheduled preventive maintenance visits
  • Maintenance planning your team can follow
  • Priority troubleshooting support by phone
  • Operator & technician training over time
1

Call or email

Describe the machine, the symptom and the urgency. Photos and nameplates help.

2

Straight assessment

You hear what it likely is, what it will take, and whether it can be sorted out by phone or needs an on-site visit.

3

The work gets done

Service, repair or program setup — documented, so your team knows what was done and why.

4

It stays running

With a maintenance plan and training in place, the same failure doesn’t come back next quarter.
